Why a Pediatric Dentist?

2 Years of Additional Training

Pediatric Dentist undertake an additional two to three years of training in the form of a residency above and beyond the general dentist education provided in dental school.

This training focuses on treatment options for children of all aged – including infants, sedation techniques for anxious children, facial growth and development, facial trauma and treatment of children with special needs.

In addition to this training, Dr. Jackson completed all education, training, and examinations to become a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and a Diplomate in the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
